Born in Victoria, BC, Canada, Don Butler has been involved in the development construction and marketing of Home Sites, Condominiums and Commercial projects since 1965.

Don Moved his family to the Cayman Islands in 1974 and completed several successful condominium projects on the world renowned “Seven Mile Beach” on the main island.

Prior to 1974 his construction company completed a number of country homes, apartment buildings, condominium projects and motor hotels which he owned and managed.

For the last eight years, he has been active in the land development and condominium business in Victoria and Vernon, BC. His most recent project Whisper Ridge received 13 Canadian home builder association awards, including “The Best Environmental Project for 2003”.
